There's a bull elk strolling along in a spot of sunlight above the shallow pond. Taken from the Alpine Visitors' Center along Trail Ridge Road, late in the afternoon. This is the same spot as the second "Fall River Basin" shot previous to this one, only zoomed in at 300mm. The other one was taken with another zoom lens set at 35mm.
