I was in a hurry one morning on my way up Trail Ridge Road to try and get
some sunrise shots and I saw this view out of the corner of my eye.
Fortunately there was no traffic to worry about as I stopped and backed up
a hundred yards or so.
The location is just beyond the Beaver Pond parking area, where there's a
wooden walkway out over a series of ponds created by industrious beavers.
If I get around to looking it up on a map, I'll mention which mountains
are in the background. I never have seen any beavers there.
